Samantha Enstone founded MCC Strategy to address a clear gap in the sector: institutions require commercial expertise grounded in lived museum experience.

With over a decade spanning retail, licensing programmes and institutional partnerships across the UK and Europe, she brings commercial discipline shaped by practical delivery.

Her experience includes six-figure licensing uplifts, portfolio restructuring and cross-sector partnership development.
